On a weekly basis, I have a reminder to do a “Life Hack”

I review my week, paying attention to each aspect of the Wheel of Life – Health, Relationships, Work.

I make the necessary changes to improve the following week

Some weeks it’s to make sure to go running, spend a little less time in front of screens, plan to meet a friend

Make a bucket list of the things you dream of

Go for it!

It brings both joy and confidence to achieve what you set out to do
