The Journey: The path that led me here.
Defining Moments.
Growing up between Stockholm, Sweden, and Guangzhou, China, my life was full of contrast already by the age of four.
My earliest recollections are memories of ballet classes, school, and afternoon activities. I felt at home.
At seven, we moved back to Sweden. A polar opposite life.
Rootless and restless, I spent most of my days daydreaming, my mind full of dreams larger than reality could match.
A life characterized by ambition, performance, and growth, I’ve studied at some of the best institutions in the world. MSc at Copenhagen Business School, and BSc at Stockholm School of Economics.
Turning Point.
As a first year student at Stockholm School of Economics, my life seemed perfect on the outside. I was accepted to the most prestigious university program in Sweden, frequented exciting events, and seemed to have everything together. Yet, there was a void in my life.
I was living someone else’s dream.
It took me several years to understand that during that time, I experienced every symptom of severe depression.
Growth.
Since then, I’ve been on a path of self development and growth. For over a decade, I’ve journeyed through the world, through books, and through my mind. I’ve lived in Berlin, Copenhagen, Rio de Janeiro, and Bali, and traveled extensively.
I’ve dissected my mind, my behavior, my thought patterns, and the world’s foremost coaching, psychology, and psychiatry literature.
I’ve devoured the top self development books, practiced countless mindset and meditation techniques, attended retreats, and completed courses.
I’ve done my 10,000 hours of work.
