Daily Rituals – My Morning Routine.

A few years ago, I was living in Bali, and became obsessed with creating the perfect morning routine for myself. Taking inspiration from various entrepreneurs, I started testing and tweaking different combinations, and finally found something that I’ve been sticking to for the last five years.

My Perfect Morning Routine:

1. Wake Up

2. Recall Dreams

3. Coffee

4. Running (2-3 days per week)

5. Yoga

6. Shower

7. Meditation

Notes on meditation: I’ve tried many different meditation techniques, and it’s intuitive what I need each morning. Typically it is a blend of EFT tapping, Transcendental Meditation, and Somatics.

Notes on duration: Running ca 45 min, yoga ca 15 min, meditation ca 30 min.

Tips to creating your own morning routine: 

- List everything that you would like to do in a morning routine (just braindump, no need to be realistic in this first step)

- What are the top 3 essential things you want to prioritize?

- What order makes sense for you? 

Test out different combinations, and make tweaks along the way. Stick to something that works for you in the long term.
