Midsummer Eve

In Sweden, Midsummer Eve is one of the biggest celebrations of the entire year.

Midsummer is a time to get together with friends and family. During the day, there are family traditions such as singing and dancing around the maypole. The night hosts one of the largest parties of the year. We love summer after all.

Folklore says that girls who pick seven wild flowers, and put them under their pillow at night, will dream about their future husband.

Regardless how much or little you choose to participate, Midsummer holds strong traditions and symbolism.
