I asked myself… “If I had zero likes, would I still do what I do?”

I asked myself… “If I had zero likes, would I still do what I do?”

If I had zero likes, zero comments, no metrics to show off whatsoever…

Would I still do what I do?

Would I still want to work with coaching?

Would I still show up?

Would I still share?

Would I still follow my inner compass?

Would I still follow my purpose?

Would I still follow my joy, speak my truth, share the things on my heart?

The truth is, after a longer break from social media, and recently starting to post regularly again, I didn’t realize I had so many thoughts related to metrics.

How many likes, how many comments, does anyone even care about what I do?

I had to really come back to my core purpose.

My interest in coaching. My interest in self development.

How coaching, self development, self improvement, daily meditation, my pursuit of happiness and fulfillment, have dramatically changed my life for the better.

I had to come back to the root of why I do what I do.

What truly matters.

It’s not the vanity metrics.

It’s not the popularity.

It’s the love for what I do, and the knowing that coaching can change people’s lives. Like it changed mine.
